4aDiamond.com is happy to provide free shipping on all orders delivered to street addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.

All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS and are fully insured by 4aDiamond.com.
Please be sure to inspect your package on arrival for tampering or damage before signing the receipt and releasing the driver.

DELIVERY DETAILS
Most orders arrive 1-3 business days after leaving 4aDiamond.com. All orders over $500.00 will require your signature on arrival.

If you are not available for signature Monday through Friday, we can arrange a Saturday delivery for an additional fee of $20.00. Please contact customer service at 866-833-0007 with your request.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS
Orders shipped outside the United States will incur additional shipping charges. Shipments to Canada and Puerto Rico will be charged $20.00 and all other international shipments will be charged $60.00. All applicable customs, import duties and taxes will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact a customer service professional for your special shipping requirements.

Special arrangements can be made for deliveries to APOs and FPOs for our Armed Services customers by contacting customer service.

GIFTS
Since jewelry is so often a gift to commemorate a special occasion, we understand the necessity to ship to an alternative address, other than your home. To help maintain the surprise, but more importantly as a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternative address on file. Be sure to notify your bank or credit card company prior to placing your order with us to avoid any problems.
