US Residents: By law, we must report all earnings as non-employee compensation to the IRS
should your earnings for a given year amount to $600.00 or more. If you reach this amount during the calendar year, we will mail you
IRS Form W-9 that you must fill out, sign, and return to us by mail with photocopies of a valid ID (such as driver's license,
or Credit Card) and your Social Security Card or Employee Identification Number before you will receive another commission payment.
Anyone discovered attempting to avoid tax payment by signing up as a new affiliate when approaching
